Our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training

There’s a moment - sometimes small, sometimes loud — when your practice begins to ask more of you.Not in the sense of doing more. But in the sense of being more present. More honest. More willing to listen. This training was born for that moment. It’s for those who feel the subtle call — not just to teach, but to remember something that’s always been there.A deeper rhythm beneath the postures. A steadier breath. A quieter mind.A way of living that feels more aligned, more awake, more true. This is not a fast-track certification. It’s not a checklist of techniques. It’s a space to slow down. To study. To feel. To ask real questions and let them echo.To explore yoga not just as a system, but as a living, breathing path — one that moves through the body, yes, but also through your choices, your relationships, your way of seeing the world. We call it The Different Faces of Yoga because we believe yoga isn’t one thing. It’s many things — sometimes contradictory, sometimes complementary. It can be fierce, or soft. Disciplined, or wild. Structured, or intuitive. And part of the work is learning to recognize and honor all those faces — in the tradition, in your students, and in yourself. You don’t need to want to teach. You don’t need to be advanced. You just need to be ready — to meet yourself with curiosity, and to meet yoga with respect. From that place, everything begins.
